
Joey Levin has served as CEO of IAC since 2015, where he has overseen the constant evolution of the company, including the initial IPO and subsequent spin-off of Match Group, the spin-off of Vimeo, and the acquisitions of Angie’s List and Care.com. In October 2022, Mr. Levin was also appointed as CEO of Angi Inc.
Mr. Levin joined IAC in 2003 as an associate director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, working his way up to Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance before moving to operations and business management, where he oversaw the strategy and growth of IAC’s search and applications businesses. He graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BAS in Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
Mr. Levin is chairman of Angi Inc. and serves on the boards of Turo and MGM Resorts International, in addition to the IAC Board of Directors. Mr. Levin also currently serves on the Undergraduate Executive Board of Wharton School.


Kulesh Shanmugasundaram is the Chief Technology Officer of Angi. Dr. Shanmugasundaram joined Angi in 2018 when Handy, the company where Dr. Shanmugasundaram was most recently serving as CTO, was acquired by Angi.
Prior to joining the organization, Dr. Shanmugasundaram held multiple engineering leadership roles at Amplify Education where he built products used by millions of students in classrooms nationwide. He obtained a Ph.D. in computer science from NYU. He founded two startups with the backing of DARPA, DoD, and NSF to commercialize his research in network security and digital forensics.
He holds a Ph. D in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University, and is an adjunct professor at NYU.




Angela R. Hicks Bowman, who goes by Angie Hicks, is the Chief Customer Officer of Angi. Prior to assuming this role in September 2017, Ms. Hicks co-founded Angie’s List in 1995 and served as its Chief Marketing Officer from May 2000 and on its board of directors from March 2013 through its acquisition by Angi. Ms. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, from which she received a Distinguished Alumni Award for Management and Entrepreneurship and the Robert C. McDermond Medal for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Ms. Hicks has received multiple awards for her entrepreneurial achievements, as well as her leadership in both the community and the technology field, including (among others) being named the Women Tech Founder of the Year in 2016 and awarded both the TechPoint Trailblazer Award and Harvard Business School's Alumni Achievement Award in 2017.

Michael Wanderer is an experienced human resources and people-focused leader with nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of roles. He joined Angi in October of 2018, when Handy was acquired by the company. Mr. Wanderer previously served as SVP of People at Handy.
Prior to his role at Handy, Mr. Wanderer was the Global Co-Head of HR at Jefferies. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Mr. Wanderer served as the Chief Administration Officer for NYSE Technologies and the Chief Human Resources Officer for NYFIX, Inc. Mr. Wanderer started his seasoned career at Citigroup, where he assumed a number of HR roles working & living in Tokyo, Japan, Frankfurt, Germany, and lastly New York, NY as a Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Wanderer received a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
