Jeffrey W. Kip has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Angi, Inc. since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mr. Kip served as President of Angi, Inc from November 2023 to April 2024. As President, Mr. Kip oversaw Angi’s finance, sales, marketing and human resources functions. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of HomeAdvisor International since April 2016. Mr. Kip served as Chief Financial Officer of IAC from March 2012 to April 2016. Before joining IAC, Mr. Kip served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Panera Bread Company, a national bakery-café concept in the United States and Canada, from May 2006 to March 2012. From November 2003 until May 2006, Mr. Kip served as Panera's Vice President, Finance and Planning, and as Vice President, Corporate Development, from May 2003 until November 2003. From November 2002 until April 2003, Mr. Kip served as an Associate Director and Director at UBS, an investment banking firm; and from August 1999 until November 2002, Mr. Kip was an Associate at Goldman Sachs, an investment banking firm. Mr. Kip received a BA in History from Williams College and an MBA from Duke University.

Andrew Russakoff is the Chief Financial Officer for Angi. In this role, Mr. Russakoff oversees the Company’s finance and accounting strategy and operations. He most recently served as Vice President Financial Planning at IAC, where he partnered with the IAC executive team on financial analysis, oversight of IAC’s portfolio businesses, including Angi, and investor relations. Prior to IAC, Mr. Russakoff held finance, strategy and business development leadership roles at GameChanger Media and Pellucid Analytics and was an investment banker at Credit Suisse. Early in his finance career, Mr. Russakoff worked in the power and renewable energy industry at NRG Energy. Mr. Russakoff holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering degree from Harvard University.

Kulesh Shanmugasundaram is the Chief Technology Officer of Angi. Dr. Shanmugasundaram joined Angi in 2018 when Handy, the company where Dr. Shanmugasundaram was most recently serving as CTO, was acquired by Angi. 

Prior to joining the organization, Dr. Shanmugasundaram held multiple engineering leadership roles at Amplify Education where he built products used by millions of students in classrooms nationwide. He obtained a Ph.D. in computer science from NYU. He founded two startups with the backing of DARPA, DoD, and NSF to commercialize his research in network security and digital forensics. 
 
He holds a Ph. D in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University, and is an adjunct professor at NYU.
 

Dhanusha Sivajee is the Chief Marketing Officer for Angi. In this role, Ms. Sivajee oversee the company’s brand marketing vision, strategy and execution for both homeowners and pros. Prior to this role, she served as CMO of The Knot Worldwide (previously XO Group) where she was an integral part of the executive team responsible for the media to marketplace transformation. Prior to The Knot Worldwide, Ms. Sivajee served as Chief Marketing Officer of the AOL Brand Group. She has also held senior-level marketing and content development positions at Bloomberg and HBO. Ms. Sivajee received a BS in International Management from the University of Manchester, England and an MBA from Duke University.

David Fleischman is the Chief Product Officer for Angi. In this role, Mr. Fleischman will oversee the company’s product vision, strategy and execution. Prior to this role, Mr. Fleischman served as the interim Chief Product Officer for ALSAC, the fundraising arm of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, where he worked to strategize, manage and deliver products to raise funds for the hospital. Prior to St. Jude’s, Mr. Fleischman served as the Senior Vice President of Product Development at Compass. He has also held senior-level product, business and strategy roles with Blue Nile, Expedia and Microsoft. Mr. Fleischman additionally serves on the Digital Innovation Advisory Board for St. Jude’s Research Hospital and received a BA from UC Santa Barbara. 

Shannon Shaw is the Chief Legal Officer for Angi. In this role, Ms. Shaw oversees legal strategy and operations for the organization. Prior to assuming this role in March 2019, Ms. Shaw served as the Chief Counsel-Americas for dormakaba Inc, overseeing the company’s legal operations for North America, South America and Mexico. Prior to that, she worked at Angie’s List from 2011 to 2018, starting as General Counsel and continuing as the Chief Legal Officer. She also worked at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from 2003 to 2011. Ms. Shaw earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University and her JD from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

Angela R. Hicks Bowman, who goes by Angie Hicks, is the Chief Customer Officer of Angi. Prior to assuming this role in September 2017, Ms. Hicks co-founded Angie’s List in 1995 and served as its Chief Marketing Officer from May 2000 and on its board of directors from March 2013 through its acquisition by Angi. Ms. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, from which she received a Distinguished Alumni Award for Management and Entrepreneurship and the Robert C. McDermond Medal for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Hicks has received multiple awards for her entrepreneurial achievements, as well as her leadership in both the community and the technology field, including (among others) being named the Women Tech Founder of the Year in 2016 and awarded both the TechPoint Trailblazer Award and Harvard Business School's Alumni Achievement Award in 2017.

Michael Wanderer is an experienced human resources and people-focused leader with nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of roles. He joined Angi in October of 2018, when Handy was acquired by the company. Mr. Wanderer previously served as SVP of People at Handy.

Prior to his role at Handy, Mr. Wanderer was the Global Co-Head of HR at Jefferies. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Mr. Wanderer served as the Chief Administration Officer for NYSE Technologies and the Chief Human Resources Officer for NYFIX, Inc. Mr. Wanderer started his seasoned career at Citigroup, where he assumed a number of HR roles working & living in Tokyo, Japan, Frankfurt, Germany, and lastly New York, NY as a Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Wanderer received a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
