Mike Steib has served as Chief Executive Officer of Angi since September 2026 and as a member of the Angi Board of Directors since August 2026. Prior to Angi, Mr. Steib served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of TEGNA Inc., a local media and technology company, from August 2024 to May 2026. Before joining TEGNA, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Artsy, Inc., an online marketplace for fine art, from July 2019 to June 2024.

Previously, Mr. Steib served as Chief Executive Officer of XO Group Inc., the parent company of The Knot, from July 2013 to January 2019. Earlier in his career, he served in executive leadership roles at Vente Privee USA, Google, and NBCUniversal, and worked at Walker Digital and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Steib has extensive public company board experience, having also served on the Board of Directors of Ally Financial Inc. from July 2015 to March 2024. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for three nonprofit organizations: Change.org, Literacy Partners, and Career Gear.

In addition to his executive and board leadership, Mr. Steib is a published author and former podcast host focused on leadership development. He holds bachelor's degrees in economics and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Julie Hoarau is the Chief Financial Officer for Angi. In this role, Ms. Hoarau oversees the company’s finance and accounting strategy and operations. She most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer at Angi, where she led the company’s accounting and tax strategies, ensuring robust financial reporting, operational efficiency and compliance. Prior to Angi, Ms. Hoarau served most recently as Vice President of Accounting Operations at MongoDB, Inc., a developer data platform company, from May 2019 to October 2024. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance and accounting leadership roles at Aaptiv, Shutterstock, Scanbuy, and KVB Partners. Ms. Hoarau holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bordeaux and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Glenn Orchard is the Chief Growth Officer of Angi. In this role, Mr. Orchard oversees growth and marketing strategy and execution. Prior to this role, Mr. Orchard served as Senior Vice President of Digital and Growth at Angi. Mr. Orchard began his career at Angi as Chief Marketing Officer first of the MyBuilder business in the UK and then the entire Angi international business. Prior to Angi, Mr. Orchard held key roles in marketing, commercial and e-commerce at Dixons Retail and PhotoBox Group.

Kris Boon is the Chief Product Officer of Angi. In this role, Mr. Boon oversees product and technology strategy and execution. Mr. Boon also serves as President of Angi’s international business. Prior to these roles, Mr. Boon served as Chief Product and Technology Officer of Angi’s international business. Under his product and tech leadership, the company merged the technology platforms of seven different countries into a single platform. Mr. Boon began his career with Angi’s international business as a part of their Werkspot brand in the Netherlands as a director of Business Development. Mr. Boon launched his career by co-founding InsideGamer which was sold to Sanoma, a European media company. Mr. Boon continued with Sanoma in various product management and new business roles.

Michael Wanderer is the Chief Operating Officer at Angi. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Wanderer served as Chief People Officer of Angi from September 2019 to May 2026 and SVP of People at Handy Technologies, Inc., which was acquired by Angi in October 2018, from February 2016 to August 2019.

Prior to his roles at the Company, Mr. Wanderer served as the Global Co-Head of HR at Jefferies Financial Group Inc., an investment bank, from July 2014 to November 2015. He also served as Chief Administration Officer of NYSE Technologies, Inc., a trading technology provider, from December 2009 to June 2013 and Chief Human Resources Officer of NYFIX, Inc., a financial technology firm, from April 2007 to December 2009.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Wanderer held several human resources roles at Citigroup Inc. Mr. Wanderer received a Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.

Angela R. Hicks Bowman, who goes by Angie Hicks, is the Chief Customer Officer of Angi. Prior to assuming this role in September 2017, Ms. Hicks co-founded Angie’s List in 1995 and served as its Chief Marketing Officer from May 2000 and on its board of directors from March 2013 through its acquisition by Angi. Ms. Hicks earned a BA in Economics from DePauw University, from which she received a Distinguished Alumni Award for Management and Entrepreneurship and the Robert C. McDermond Medal for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Hicks has received multiple awards for her entrepreneurial achievements, as well as her leadership in both the community and the technology field, including (among others) being named the Women Tech Founder of the Year in 2016 and awarded both the TechPoint Trailblazer Award and Harvard Business School's Alumni Achievement Award in 2017.

Shannon Shaw is the Chief Legal Officer for Angi. In this role, Ms. Shaw oversees legal strategy and operations for the organization. Prior to assuming this role in March 2019, Ms. Shaw served as the Chief Counsel-Americas for dormakaba Inc, overseeing the company’s legal operations for North America, South America and Mexico. Prior to that, she worked at Angie’s List from 2011 to 2018, starting as General Counsel and continuing as the Chief Legal Officer. She also worked at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from 2003 to 2011. Ms. Shaw earned her BA in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University and her JD from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
